ACS Vehicle Repair ProcessMedium Duty Trucks, Commercial Vehicles and Large Vans require specialized equipment to repair. The equipment is larger, needs more space and folks that like working on big things. We have a 2 Acre Facility, 4 Frame Racks, and 14 service bays for repairing frame and structural damage, and a group of bodymen, painters and support personnel that like working on big trucks. ![]() Four Post Frame Rack To insure that your vehicle is returned to pre-accident condition and Factory Specifications we use an Electronic Measuring System called the Shark®. The Shark allows to us to access the direction, elevation, and squareness of the frame and body from the Factory Specifications. ![]() This allows our technicians to "pull" the vehicle to specification which is necessary for drivability, fit and finish, and safety. This equipment allows us to prepare a report and printout before and after as well as guiding our technicians in the straightening process. ![]() Once the vehicle is returned to specification, the damaged parts are removed, reassembly begins. We use the same welders used by the manufacturers to duplicate the factory assembly weld process. ![]() Duplication of the factory assembly process is critical to quality repairs. Without this attention to detail, drivability, fit, finish, and safety can be compromised. We don't compromise. ACS = Absolute Customer Satisfaction | |||||
